Yeah. we're a pretty small company. I think we have about 5 or 6 "customer
service" people, a couple in claims, etc. Most of our in-house employees are
manufacturing floor employees. Of course, we have a number of outside sales
reps as well. J But I doubt we'll be the right size for SunGard.

Very legitimate.  And their name got big after the WTC collapse and Katrina.
We collocate and have a business continuity strategy.  We have a very good
relationship with them, and actually have very affordable plans.  They are
negotiable, but also don't deal with small companies much.

Only complaint is their Managed Storage service.

"availability" / data / business-continuity services and before I talk much
