This bit at the top of their EULA has always gave me great pause and why
I've never used it at work:

 

Subject to the restrictions below, you may use the Malwarebytes'
Software for any legitimate purpose.

 

In return, we simply require that you agree:

 

1.      Not to use this software for commercial use without proper
licensing.

 

This is from the download offered both directly from their site and the
vipre.malwarebytes.org, both version 1.45.

Isn't Malwarebytes for scanning/cleaning already free?   Is there any
functionality here that wasn't easily possible before?  Looks like not
