I'm familiar with surveymonkey, which is really nice, but I'm looking for
something to run in IIS for our intranet - it doesn't have to be quite as
featureful as surveymonkey.
Free (as in OSS) is my favorite price, but if it doesn't cost too much
we'd consider buying.
My searches so far haven't been very successful.
Anybody know of something like this? We're running Win2k3 at the moment.
