A) We don't build and sell systems. We do sell systems, but we merely resell another vendor's offering - Dell, to be specific, and they come, AFAIK, with a Dell-OEM-ed OS. B) The licenses we purchased are meant for some of our engineers desktops, on which they will be developing our products, which will be installed, eventually, on the systems we re-sell from Dell. C) No hardware came with them, unless you consider a CD inside of a plastic package to be equipment.
