Thanks. I might look at that. I used SpyBot's start up editor to disable 
that speed loader (similar to Adobe Speed Launcher, I think.)

Thanks for the info. I *think* my user is mainly using it for contact 
management, although why he can't just use Outlook Address Book, I don't 
know. :-) I'll check with the user and see.
