We used ContactPointe. Their local office (Charleston, WV) is pretty top notch, YMMV. One thing I would specify is that if you break into multiple sessions as we did, is that you have the same trainer for all sessions. There was enough of a quality difference that I wish we had the same trainer for all 4 sessions (4 half days).
I work for an accounting firm, the cost of having just seven parnters frustrated for 3-4 hours exceeded the entire cost of the training, when taken in the context of billable hours. Then you have the attendent staffing issues with billable hours. If everyone already hates the ribbon or tries to do whatever they can to work around it, you have a very good argument for training being necessary.
