Barracuda works well. We don't use the per-user quarantine, but it is available. They now offer a VMware VM in addition to hardware solutions (see http://www.barracudanetworks.com/ns/products/vm_overview.php).
One thing I've always like about Barracuda is that you can demo the products for a month before committing.
