I think you are SOL unless the support guy made a backup before doing
the reinstall.
Entourage's database is crap and prone to corruption. If an Entourage
user is on Exchange I always try to make sure they understand that
Entourage is crap and the database WILL have issues, so keep messages on
Exchange.
