If you're going to use the Bayesian filters, make sure to read page 2 in the short Barracuda Bayesian<http://www.barracudanetworks.com/ns/downloads/Other/Barracuda_Spam_&_Virus_Firewall_Bayesian.pdf> pdf they have posted. Knowing the best practices for classifying messages make a huge difference in being able to classify things correctly from the start.
