There are Nagios-based options where you can get support, which would be the least traumatic for you in terms of changing things around.
You should also take a look at PRTG from paessler.com, which has excellent features and good pricing. You could easily be setup in 30 minutes with the 30-day trial. Other open source options (with paid support options) include Zabbix and OpenNMS.
