Ah, I see. Some ideas: Scan-to-email. Not efficient, but easy. Separate folders for everyone, separate scan-to-whatever jobs for each folder. Pain in the ass to administer, though. Some multi-function machines allow you to set-up password-protected folders/mailboxes/whatever that reside on the machine. Scan to that, then go to client and retrieve. Again, prolly a pain in the ass to administer, unless you can AD integrate.
