We don't use Exchange. And the mail address is not copied over when you create a new user by doing a "Copy". I recently created a total of 120 users (in AD U&C) for a training project, and none of them carried through the mail address, even though the account I was copying from had a mail address set. I need the mail address set, as the newer versions of some of the Lotus programs (Quickr, Sametime, etc) do LDAP lookups into AD for authentication, and they use the mail address as the field to verify. > Did you post this on multiple lists at the same time? For shame! :-P I did. I am basically a Bad Person. :-) What kind of provisioning system does this refer to?
