Exactly. It's not set (by default), when creating a new user. And I want
it to be set.

I'm looking for a way to have that field populated when a new user is
created. Specifically, I want it to be populated with
"[email protected]". Is there no new user template that AD uses,
that I can modify?

(I'd also like to add something to the "notes" field under "Telephones",
like "Account created 2010-11-09".)
