How about GFI/Sunbelt Languard. I inherited this from the Sunbelt/GFI merger as a replacement for SNSI. I am just beginning to touch this but it looks like it does all of this and more. I am testing the patch part of this right now.
Question for anyone that uses Languard for patch management is Languard a complete replacement for WSUS?
