Make sure is it opt in, keep your lists clean (limit the bounce backs and remove bad email addresses), follow AOL/Yahoo guidelines for bulk mail and keep your emails to nor more than once a week. I have advised them to keep their lists to 99 and only one list per hour to keep us off any Blacklists.
