2 hours per machine sounds pretty good. Obvious economies of scale in power-up
for initial image since I can unbox and power several machines at once if I'm
provided with enough working space. The longest components are usually backups
and reinstallation/migration since that can range wildly depending on network
performance, sizes, etc.

Subject: PC Migration / Time Estimate?

Techs/Consultants, how much time-onsite would you estimate for something like
this?

Unpack, inventory new hardware
Power up new PC so the image finishes (They are syspreped)
Do an inventory of old system (Software, files, asset tags)
Backup/Migrate data (Files, Outlook PSTs)
Re-install any approved programs that were not of the image
Point to correct network printer
Configure Outlook/PST
Box up old PC

TIA,

Sam
