Weird, no issue in the environment I support when I upgraded them. Small environment though, 55 systems, fairly "clean" clients and just two sites.

Their WorryFree product does this as well and seems to work OK at the client of 55 machines that has it (it gives you the option to update from the local Trend machine or from Trend's servers). Seems to me they're using "cloud" to mean "clients update from us and not your local server".
