  Here's our commands for our HP switches, all ports:

no qos-passthrough-mode
vlan 2
        name "MAIN_VLAN"
        untagged 1-28
        exit
vlan 5
        name "VOICE_VLAN"
        no ip address
        qos priority 7
        tagged 1-28
        voice
        exit

  We use VLAN 2 for PCs and VLAN 5 for phones.  The "1-28" are port
numbers.  7 is just the highest priority.  We're not using STP or
DSCP, so no commands for that in our config.
