Non- OEM seems to work pretty well for the ones that aren't under maintenance (Lexmark & Dell laser printers and Brother Laser MFPs.) We just have not had much luck with "remanufactured" inkjet cartridges... they appear to be full, but the printers can't / don't print with the remanufactured ink cartridges. *shrug*
