I will add this if the cartridge has been "reloaded" more than about 3 times
I find that is usually fails.  If by some strange miracle you mange to get
it to work and refill it the fourth time it will empty itself into the
printer.  I have done this to enough personal printers to always suggest
purchasing inkjet printers that have cartridges that can't be refilled or
are not popular enough for the remanufactuers to be selling their
cartridges.
