I'll +1 on the printer cartridges. We had a problem a year or so ago with Mat Mgmt buying non-OEM cartridges to save money. After keeping a record of printer problem calls, we were able to show them that they weren't saving any money at all considering the problems the non-OEM cartridges were causing and time to fix the problem.
