I second the recommendation of HP ProCurve. Very nice features, much lower cost, lifetime warranty. If you still can't swing the cost, get some used off eBay -- the warranty and license are still good (*cough* unlike Cisco *cough*). Dell will not extend the warranty on their products past five years. Not for any price.
