You can only get the viewer to do this, not framecycler (FC only supports SDI out from an nvidia daughter card). To output the viewer hit the "MonitorOutEnable" button in the upper right corner next to cliptest button. Also in the viewer, hit the "s" key to bring up the settings window where you can change the device, resolution, fps(near the bottom).
