Hey,

i am having a fairly simple comp. Some 3D stuff some footage, some paint nodes. 
Nothing fancy.

Problem is:

In Nuke's viewport everything at every frame is completely correct as should.

As soon as I output it via WRITE node the I am getting a different result 
compared to the viewport.

I cant tackle it down which part of the tree causes the issue since everything 
looks fine in the tree. 

Nodes involved which might cause an issue are first and foremost the paint node 
and the scanline renderers.

The stuff they generate just seem to be missing in the final output.

What I tried to fix it:

- deleted Disk Cache files
- flushed buffers
- rendered from local files
- rendered from network files
- put it from a PC to a MAC
- tried to render JPG seq.
- tried to render MOV
- different output sizes
- restarted the machines
- copied from this sscript to a new empty one

Anybody got a clue?
