When did you download this installer? There was a problem with the download script that corrupted some files on saturday but we fixed it saturday night at 9pm (GMT+8 hours). Please download and try again, please save it into a different folder. Looks like a problem on your local machine though, I never heard of "freezes" or problems deleting the file.
