sounds like a gizmo is creating those channels in a way that corrupts
nuke's channel logic.
find those references in a text editor and delete them , then make sure
you allocate the source of this (could be a gizmo or exr files
containing those channels), and fix those before using them in your
script again.

Ok. on the one hand I'm happy other people are having this problem -
on the other what the hell is this? I'm 24 hours from delivering a job
and all of a sudden when i use shuffle or shuffle copy my r and g
channels are now eyes and test. I look into the script and i see
add_layer {rgba redguard1.glow rgba.warper rgba.edgeblur rgba.beta
rgba.eyes rgba.test}
has anyone confirmed where this came from? Or a foolproof way of
dealing with it? I've removed the above line from my scripts for now
but this was a very big problem with no time to troubleshoot. Also if
it's DD that did it I may have to form a picket line considering their
latest news....
Thanks all
Thomas
