Hey all -

So I'm trying to combine a bunch of individual render passes that were 
mistakenly rendered (rather than one multi-layered exr) so that they'll work in 
a script we've got setup. I'm trying to take in the RGB values of many reads, 
and output them as layers for use down the pipe.

However, I just can't make this work. Shufflecopy deletes all other layers in 
the pipe, so I can't string multiples together. Copy works with up to 4, but 
then I can't seem to combine those 4-layer-copys to make 8.

I guess I'm looking for the way to "Inject" a new layer into a stream without 
wiping out all the layers that are currently there.
