Hugo Guerra has a long video tutorial about this, I seem to remember. Maybe
he can share it.
In it he showed how in the end of the comp he subtracts the comp from the
beauty, then adds (plus) whatever's left. That way, which might be a bit of
a cheat, he gets the little difference back. Works very well to fix
problems in transparent areas etc.
