Quick method (run in Script Editor)

i['translate'].setExpression('curve(x+MasterTimeOffset.time_offset)')
i['rotate'].setExpression('curve(x+MasterTimeOffset.time_offset)')



assuming a timeoffset node namedMasterTimeOffset
