Julik, can you comment at all on whether there is still any life left in
Tractor as a commercial product (besides just supporting the existing version)?
I remember hearing whispers of a 2.0 release over a year ago...

We went with Tractor. I wod not go for Duma since I'd want something 100
percent cross-platforn, with a good web UI and no native Ui at all, and not
tied to the Russian programming culture.
