As chris mentioned, if all you need to do is write out Cineon log files, skip
the manual lin-to-log conversion and just use the Write node’s 'colorspace'
knob.

Subject: [Nuke-users] Re: Color space/LUT issues

Can you walk me through the proper way to render out true log files? Currently
I have a lin2log node at the very end of my pipe, but what color space should I
set my write node to?

The conversion to DNxHD is being done strictly through Linux code. Our R&D guys
have created a script that burns in necessary data for the client, as well as
the LUT- in this case it would be rec709. Again, I just don't want to be
applying any kind of double LUT before the rec709

Thanks again for all ur help
