Yeah, sorry, that won't be possible I'm afraid. On the other hand, I just tried it on a different shot with the exact same render set up and everything and it seems to work fine there. So maybe there was just something wrong with that particular file. I'm a bit stretched for time with the deadline looming and all but maybe next week I'll get a chance to experiment a little more. Anyway, thanks for your input!
