Hi Mango,
this works. Not very elegant, but still works.

Just use a Text node to create the text (make sure the box is wide enough
so it accepts any length of characters).
Connect a Crop node after that and crop to the input bbox.
Then use a Reformat node set to box and define what the width will be.
This will make the width absolutely constant.
