Best bet is to go direct through Nuke then. Prores is native in 9.x and above and It reproduces the color spot on.
FFmpeg only has a hacked reverse engineered version of prores, and it's lut support is very limited (1d lut only, no shaper luts, and no log2lin conversion) .
