That is also true for the HTML.
But I thought he was not liking them in the
text (console) documentation as well.


No, you don't need bullets in the consolidated list to get them in the HTML,
so that isn't a problem. If a CSS can set all the font styles, item spacing,
and treatment of explanatory text, that would be the more flexible route. If
we can also make SeeAlso generate links to the referenced  routines I will
be very satisfied.
