Hi Patrik, Thanks! On Tuesday I also was able to compile Nupic by shell, not XCode. Just now I'm downloading XCode 4.2 (last version with autotools included.. newer versions dont include them anymore). My idea is find a path that decrease the number of steps to getting started with Nupic using OSX, because although I managed run it, I had pain configuring packages which could be avoided.
