Hi Matt,

I'll try running Nupic through Xcode. My fear is the make.py (used by
Xcode) is very outdated related to Autotools files. If it is very
different, maybe it's worth trying a convertion from Autotools to CMake in
order to anyone can compile Nupic from Xcode, Monodevelop, VisualStudio,
etc. CMake file could be a universal build file.
