+infinity on that idea. As mentioned in my last email, the population of
hardcore volunteers dealing with every detail of the code will hopefully
soon be swamped by the many interested observers, future users, and
customers of the project. Splitting the list like you describe is perfect
for addressing this welcome "problem."

One adjustment I'd suggest: retag this list as [nupic] rather than
[nupic-users] (the latter seems to me to be a somewhat snobbish moniker
given to the "mere" users' list by the devs on a project).
