Matt, It's cheap as chips to set up a theory list, I'd just do it and give us a link to subscribe, and then we'll see how many people decide to use it. I feel the same as Chetan and Jeff, but clearly there are people who would rather discuss the theory without the noise of the implementation stuff, while others (like me) would prefer to talk about theory along with the other stuff.
