the development is currently 2.3 (just fixed on the page you pointed), and
will soon be 2.5, since the 2.4 is about to be released.

And what's the "testing" one, placed at "v2.4"?

the Testing version is 2.4.0-pre1 currently. There are only testing releases
when we're about to release a new stable version.

Should I try all of them?

the Testing one, yes since it will enter Debian archive as soon as 2.4.0
final is released.

the buildbot itself will fetch the Development tree (aka Subversion trunk)
and try to compile it.
it will then report the status of these operations:
http://buildbot.ghz.cc/public/nut/

Please let me know :)

Charles will send you a complementary mail to setup buildbot for NUT.
for the moment, "apt-get install buildbot" will be the startpoint.
