You're right, I missed that.
I'll check again later, but the man page for uu_lock on 8.0 mentions
including both header files.
My comment about <libutil.h> not including <sys/types.h> still stands.
It is really poor practice for headers to depend on other headers.
Having said that, we now include all default headers before
<libutil.h>, so this now works again.
