1. when I hot plug a usb wireless adapter, both Automatic and User NCP create
the NCU for it. Is it correct? or only Automatic NCP need create these NCU?
2. when I hot pull the usb wireless adapter, both Automatic and User NCP don't
remove the corresponding NCU.
