gnome2.26 snv_117 installed on U20.
BFU to 2009-07-13, nwam ui packages 2009-07-13 - sparc

1. launch nwam-manager-properties -l
2. create a location e.g. Home
3. select Home, select activated by rules.
4. select edit rules.
5. select any ip address - is - enter invalid ip address
e.g. 123.456.789.9999.
select ok
(note 4 characters in final field, only three should be accepted)

actual result:-
check /etc/nwam/loc.conf, the invalid ip address has been saved.

expected result 
warning dialog should have popped up indicating user had entered an invalid ip
address.
