The address specified in the "ip-address is XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" is not validated.
Users can type in anything for the address. Some examples:
nwamcfg:loc:foo> set conditions="ip-address is 999.999.9999.999"
nwamcfg:loc:foo> verify
All properties verified
nwamcfg:loc:foo> set conditions="ip-address is 999"
nwamcfg:loc:foo> verify
All properties verified
nwamcfg:loc:foo> set conditions="ip-address is IP ADDRESS"
nwamcfg:loc:foo> verify
All properties verified
The library should verify that the address is a valid one.
