testcase 1
1. disconnected wire from wired interface
2. boot system, login as test user.
3. right click on network icon in notification area applet, select refresh
wireless networks.
- A list of available wireless networks appears in right click menu of icon.
4. select a wireless network
expected result
user should be prompted to enter wep key
Fail 1.
actual result:-
nothing happens
nwamadm list -x shows iwk0 offline

3. right click on icon, select Join Unlisted wireless network.
4. In Join Wireless Network GUI, from dropdown list select a wireless network
(which requires a WEP key)
- enter wep key in GUI
(ensure add to list of favorite networks on successful connection is enabled.)
- select ok
expected result
- successful connection should be made to wireless network
- right click on nwam icon, a tick mark should be beside the connected network
- wireless network should be added to favorite networks list
actual result
- successful connection is made to wireless network
Fail 2.
- there is NO tick mark beside the connected network in the right click nwam
icon popup. After a few minutes the list of available wireless netowrks
disappears. Selecting refresh wireless networks does not refresh the list.
Fail 3.
- the wireless network has not been added to iwk0's favorite wireless networks
list.
