I believe that this should be fixed in the latest BFU archives, but I can't
verify since it's DOA, maybe you could try again with them next week.

This would certainly be a valid bug, but I think it is already represented in
defect#9796.

I also think that this is a bug in NWAM which should be addressed in the latest
BFU archives.
I'm marking as INCOMPLETE until it can be verified in the latest BFU archives.
