nwamadm list -c shows
loc NoNet offline conditions for activation are not
met
loc Legacy offline conditions for activation are not
met
loc Automatic online active
right click on nwam icon
select location NoNet
icon baloon popup incates successful switch to location NoNet,
hpowever on left click icon, location again, 'automatic' is still selected
(also multiple entries see 9560

The NoNet location properties has
Name services - files
nsswitch file - nsswitch.files
security, Ipfilter configuration - ipf.conf
Ipfilter v6 configuration - ipf6.conf
nothing is configured in the network servivces tab.
