I took a look at:
http://library.gnome.org/devel/accessibility-devel-guide/stable/gad-coding-guidelines.html.en
and using this information I set the description, rather than name, of the
GtkImages to be the signal strength text (e.g. Good, Weak, etc) and the
security icon text to be "Insecure" or "Secure".
If there are better terms please let me know.
