Steps to reproduce:
1. Start orca speech and nwam.
2. Right-click on connection icon, popup the connection right-click menu.
3. Press <Arrow> to move focus among several different wifi connections.
Bug observations:
The encryption status in the menu is not accessible to orca reader, that will
stop user getting the network encryption information.
Additional info:
The signal strength has same problem. This kind of widget blocks blind user
accessing this information from at-tool.
