Perhaps a tangent, but: I created an NCP where my two on-board ethernet links
are in the same priority group, with group-mode shared ("enable one or more of
these
connections", in the GUI lingo).  I usually only have one of these plugged in;
but I wanted the other to come up if I actually did plug it in.

So now my system is happy with one link up, the other down.  But the panel icon
is red, which seems wrong.  I would expect it to be green in this case: at
least one of the connections in the group is fully online, and that's all
that's required.
